Background and Expertise

i. I’MIN (Vocal Coaching)
With over a decade of experience in the music industry, I’MIN has established himself as both a successful artist and a dedicated vocal teacher. His music career boasts nearly 300K monthly listeners and despite his personal success, I’MIN’s passion for music extends beyond his own achievements; he is deeply committed to sharing his knowledge and skills through teaching. As a vocal instructor, I’MIN has guided numerous students, helping them reach a variety of personal and professional goals. His teaching philosophy is rooted in personalized instruction, catering to the unique needs and aspirations of each student. Whether students aim to refine their technique, prepare for auditions, or pursue a career in music, I’MIN provides the expertise and support necessary to achieve their goals.

ii. Les Damour (DJing) is an avid vinyl record collector / DJ with a deep passion for the underground House music scene. With years of DJ experience (digital & vinyl), he specializes in Downtempo, Deep House, and 90s House music. He has played throughout various venues in NYC over the years. He now hosts a monthly show at the East Village vinyl bar “Hi-Note”.

iii. James Park (DJing) is a music lover, record collector, and DJ who has been around the music scene for 10 years in New York City. He is always on the search and journey through sound. Inspired first by DJ Day, Gilles Peterson, and Mr Muro, then living in cities with world-class DJs in Chicago and New York. He has played in New York, Chicago, Dallas, Montreal, South Korea, and Japan. He is excited to help students on their vinyl journey and share his experience on the turntables. He likes to mix music from hip-hop, house, jazz, rare groove, disco, and funk – anything groovy in between. He has been seen playing in NYC at Studio 151, Elsewhere, Jupiter Disco, Eavesdrop, Bierwax, Port Sa’id, Music For A While, and Hi-Note.

iv. Kaia Yook (Music Production), a New York City-based artist, songwriter, and producer, brings a unique perspective to her music, drawing inspiration from her diverse background. Originally from Korea, she studied Classical Music Composition at Ewha Woman’s University before venturing to the United States to pursue her master’s degree in Songwriting & Production at Berklee College of Music. Some of her notable projects include original soundtracks for Korean TV series such as ‘Youth of May’ and ‘The Devil Judge.’ Her works have been performed by renowned artists such as Ryeowook of Super Junior and Sondia. Infused with elements of R&B and pop, Kaia Yook’s music showcases a distinctive blend of genres, reflecting her innovative approach to creativity.
