Our unit is a three-bedroom house with a beautiful, private outdoor space. One of the bedrooms is detached from the main house and can be used as a studio, guest bedroom or office space. The outdoor space is lush with plant life and offers a picnic table seating area along with a small deck featuring a sun lounger and seating space. The kitchen comes with a working stove, air fryer, dish washer, garbage disposal and fridge/freezer - along with any cooking supplies you may need (pots, pans, blender, etc). One bedroom is fitted as such, while the other is being used as a den / media room (tv, playstation, speakers) - both have their own closets and dressers. The entire house is furnished and there is ample storage. Hardwood floors / natural light and gorgeous pre war details - including built in cabinets. We are currently out of town and would love to sublease our place while were away!

Location is a five minute walk to Abbott Kinney and a 5-10 minute walk to the beach.

We are a couple who have been living in this house for the past two years and have put an incredible amount of love into the place, making it cute, personal and comfortable. We would love for someone to enjoy the space while were away in Australia visiting family. We are the current tenants and are looking for a sublease.
