Hello! I'm subletting my light-filled one-bedroom with extremely high ceilings and (nearly) floor-to-ceiling windows on the top floor of a super clean 14-year old apartment complex (with an elevator) in western Bedstuy, very close to Clinton Hill.
Apartment is all yours, equipped with blazing fast fiber optic internet, an Apple Studio Display if you wanna plug in your laptop and work remotely, a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, central A/C and heating, and more. Only request is that you water some of the plants while I’m gone.
Oh, and there’s a balcony with a view of downtown Brooklyn and even Manhattan! Plus, the neighborhood is absolutely lovely.
In terms of public transit, it's 5 minutes away from the G train and 7 minutes away from the C train. Also, the B52 bus stops RIGHT outside the building and is super convenient.
Renting dates are flexible and I can adjust – or extend – based on your stay.

Rental requirements
I require a signed sublease agreement. You will be liable for any lost or stolen property, and damage beyond normal wear and tear.
50% of rent upon reservation and the other 50% upon check in.
I require a picture of driver's license, passport, or some form of picture ID for all guests. I also require a social media profile to verify your identity, as well as a Facetime call.
Only request is that you water some of the plants during your stay.
