Hello! I will be subleasing my furnished beautiful, quiet, sunny Canyon home for three weeks in December (dates are a bit flexible/not confirmed so definitely reach out to check, but please don't reach out for short term stays)

The home is an in-law, attached to a producers home, and very private. There is tons of street parking (and no street sweeping!) If you walk just 5 minutes down the Canyon, you’ll find Beachwood village which has a grocery store, dry cleaner, shipping store and a great restaurant. If you head further into the Canyon you’ll find the Hollywood sign and the legendary Lake Hollywood park.

The house itself has a patio overlooking the neighborhood, two sets of double doors that open to the tree lined street, an antique claw foot shower and antique stove. It has tons of light in all rooms.

The neighborhood is quiet, sunny and filled with trees and flowers and historic homes. It’s convenient to Hollywood (12 mins away) and Los Feliz/Silverlake (12 mins away) as well as Franklin village (just outside the Canyon.) It's truly as central as you can get.

Please keep in mind this is a sublease, so my belongings will still be in the home. An entire closet with shelves will be empty for clothing, and shelves in the bathroom/kitchen for your belongings. There are towels, sheets and everything you need.

A couple notes:
* Utilities included
* No parties, events, big group dinners etc ;-) good for a quiet individual
* Wifi only works strongly in the bedroom/hallway/bathroom but the connection is *poor* in the entry living room, I'm trying to fix this asap
* No in unit laundry
