Rare Manhattan Art Studio!

Tribeca Art Studio Space  Available October 15.  

240 square feet (15 x 16), with extra storage and work space in communal area. The overall area is about 2,500 sq ft. 
Because of varied schedules, there are rarely more than a few people in the studio at the same time. 

Looking for a responsible, low-key artist to join us at The White Street Studio, which has been operating since 1990. It's a rare remaining OG artists' space with good vibes. Large work table, mini kitchen with couch and work sink on site. The 8’- high walls allow for air circulation in the studio, which has a bank of windows in the back. There's one short, wide flight of stairs. Some furniture included. 24/7 access -- close to restaurants and stores. Blick and Soho Art are close by for art supplies.  Beautiful building with coop lofts, gallery space on the floor above. Area now a gallery hub!

About This Lister

We are a group of seven other artists, mostly painters but a couple of mixed media creators sharing one of the last non gentrified spaces in Manhattan!

Everyone here is on different schedules, but on the occasion we see each other its very enjoyable. Age range runs the whole gamut, from 20's to 80's.
