Location: corner of Grove St and Evergreen St in Bushwick. Walking distance to JZ (6mins) ML (10mins) subway stations, Maria Hernandez park, and Bedstuy. Buses and citibikes one block away.
Accessibility: There are three flights of stairs to the apartment, it’s on the fourth floor. And another set of stairs in the apartment to access the second bedroom and rooftop.

Must sign a rental agreement. A 50% non-refundable downpayment is required to secure the apartment. Full payment is required before or on arrival. A $500 security deposit is required, and will be returned at the end of the stay. Wifi and utilities included. Only available for the full period or cost.
