Floors are hardwood and the ensuite bathroom tiled with travertine. There is one closet and chest of drawers free for each bedroom.

Sixth Avenue is quiet at night and not noisy during the day, as there are few commercial establishments on the avenue. The kitchen is well equipped. The building is a condominium of four units with friendly neighbors.

The apartment is a block away from the many commercial establishments of both Fifth and Seventh avenues. It’s an 8 minute walk to either the F, G train or the R train. It is less than 15 minutes from Prospect Park. This apartment is geographically in the heart off this friendly and beautiful neighborhood.

I live here and developed the building, when I purchased it, into a 4 unit condominium. I worked as a photojournalist for 30 years and for the past 11 years have been working as a tour guide in NYC, conducting walking tours in various neighborhoods.
