Posting for a one-bedroom apartment in PLG / Flatbush for April 2nd through May 31st- possible extension through July.
My partner and I were both called away to tour at the last minute, hence the move in date being just around the corner!

It's located in one of my favorite Brooklyn neighborhoods, Prospect Lefferts Garden/Flatbush.

Two blocks away from the south east entrance of Prospect Park, the location is ideal for those who need fresh air and greenery. Blink Gym is less than a 10 minute walk away, and the laundromat + grocery store are just across the street. It's just between the 3 and the Q lines and is a convenient and peaceful location.

The apartment has beautiful dark and cherry wood features, a cozy window seat in the living room, ample room for storage, and a faux fireplace- it is a warm and inviting space. The bedroom is quiet and quite big, equipped with a window A/C, furnished with a queen bed, night tables, and tons of closet space.

The entire apartment will come fully furnished. Electricity and gas will be paid by sub-tenant. Internet is included in rent.

Looking for a tenant that keeps things tidy and very clean. You must be a strong and reliable communicator.
No smoking, no pets. 4/20 ok.

Please note that this is a *third floor walk up* and the building may be restrictive depending on mobility needs.
