Hello! We have two bedrooms available at our 4BR 1 bath apartment on the border of Prospect and Crown Heights, looking for people ready to sign onto an April 1st lease.

Both rooms are quiet, cute, with nice windows facing a tree-filled backyard. Both unfurnished. Both $1,110/month.

The apartment is on the fourth floor of the building (no elevator). Common space is a small but nice living/kitchen area with a skylight and windows at either end, with wonderful natural light. Rooftop access with a great view. Backyard access, laundry in the basement of the building, central air, & bike storage. We pay for electricity, gas, and wifi.

Ideal for someone who likes to go out and enjoy the city and come home to a peaceful space. Looking for kind, clean, respectful roommates. We share a small space and one bathroom between four people – consideration and communication are key!

Cats welcome! (Unfortunately, the beautiful cat as seen in the photos is moving out)
No dogs or other animals. No smoking.

Awesome location close to lots of great restaurants, the Botanic Garden and Brooklyn Museum, Prospect Park, Grand Army Plaza, and A/C/2/3/4/5/S/Q trains. And the apartment is rent-stabilized through 2028.
