Looking for two roommates to share this space in a lovely neighborhood, conveniently located near the Carroll Station (F and G lines). Rent for the larger room (with built-in closet and bookshelf) is $960, rent for the smaller room is $920 plus shared utilities. I'm looking for roommates to stay until December 1st, 2025, with the possibility of extending then. Move in is flexible, but both rooms are available right away.

My name is Nicholas (28, they/them), I'm a composer and multimedia artist who just moved to New York. I'm clean and like a neat space but not in a type-A way. I like having quiet time to read and make art, but also like to have a sense of community. I am often playing or listening to music (not too loud, not at weird hours).

I would love roommates who help maintain/ take care of the space and are easygoing. Would be especially excited about living with other artists/musicians!
