This apartment is on the 1st floor of a 3-story building right on 7th avenue in the coveted neighborhood of Park Slope (north, if that matters to you!) in Brooklyn.

It is just 2 avenues away from Prospect Park, and 2 streets from the 7th Avenue F/G train stop.

You have easy access to dozens of restaurants, pharmacies and delis (with a bountiful Mr. Lime a street away) and are just a block away from the Brooklyn Public Library Park Slope branch.

The apartment itself was renovated prior to the current tenants moving in in 2023, and has relatively new appliances, including a large fridge, a dual washer-dryer machine, a dishwasher, and a microwave.

It also boasts a fair amount of closet space for each of the bedrooms.

For USD 1,800/monthly, you will be renting out the TWO smaller bedrooms in this apartment (can see them in the floor plan below). I used the one next to the living room as my office room, and the larger one to sleep. Note: The larger bedroom doesn't have a window, which honestly has been amazing in terms of getting deep sleep.

Really sad to be moving out (moving in my with my partner) but you would be gaining a great new roommate! My roommate is in her 30s, works in educational policy, and is someone who appreciates someone who helps maintain clean common spaces and open communication.

You would be taking over my lease through January 15th, 2026 (the landlord is happy to draw up a new one), and you can sign a new lease after if interested.
