Hello! Welcome to my East Village oasis!

I'll be traveling for work and am looking for someone who is available for some or all of this time. Dates are flexible, so if this seems like a good fit, please reach out and we can discuss!

My space is inviting, warm, and very spacious. It's also extremely central, located right in the middle of all the East Village action. I am a neat person and seek a tenant who is the same. The space will be fully furnished for you. There is a queen bed in the primary bedroom, a dining nook, and Google Home speaker system, in addition to a microwave, AC, and second bedroom for you to use as storage space (it's my work studio). The apartment is located in the back of the building, so it's quiet and bright.

The neighborhood is lively and vast - it's a true New York experience living in the heart of the East Village. I'll supply you with a list of my favorite digs of hidden parks and restaurants!

Non-smoking apartment. No pets. Vegetarian friendly space!

I have lived in this beautiful apartment for 11 years. It has seen much career success and milestones in addition to many fun rehearsals and production meetings with fellow artists and collaborators. I love it here and I think you will too! I am an actress and Bharatanatyam dancer splitting my time between NYC and LA. This apartment is my artist home, my place to run lines and warm up before auditions and gigs, in addition to being my sanctuary of peace amidst the hustle and bustle. I make sure to keep it neat and clean weekly for my headspace (and I love cooking but not the mess that comes with it!).
