It has a full sized closet and an adjacent smaller room attached - great for a home office. The large eat-in kitchen (approx 10'x12') and full bathroom (5'x12') are in the middle of the apartment. The like-new kitchen has rehabbed vintage wood cabinetry with hand-cut details, white Carrara marble countertop and built-in oven, cooktop, hood and full sized refrigerator. About This Lister

Our small family has owned and lived in this house for over 18 years. We live below the rental unit and keep fairly early hours. We are artist/activists who support local farms, participate in our community and practice compassion in our daily lives. We know that climate change is real and we do as much as we can to help conserve energy, recycle, reuse, compost and live minimally to reduce waste.
