Semi furnished sublet 1 bedroom on Paloma ave 1 half block from the beach. Moving away for personal reasons. Hate to give this up but i still have 3 months on my lease so im offering up my place from 11/18 2024 to 02/18/25. Dates flexible! essentially looking to cover 3 months rent.

Place will include some furniture (a couch and a barstool) a record player, tv, brand new king bed, desk and dresser. i love this place. sad to see it go but looking for a tenant who is responsible and looking for a temporary situation. If interested you will need to apply with my landlord but i will help walk through the process and show the apartment.

** i am also open to an unfurnished full lease takeover 12/1-3/1 in which case i will move out fully at the end of November
