Looking for a tidy and organized person to stay at my place from Dec 14 to Jan 14.
It's a cozy place with lots of natural light, off Rose Ave., on the Santa Monica/Venice border. Near Main Street and Abbot Kinney Blvd and 5 blocks from the beach.
This back house is on a beautiful shared property. There are 3 large, friendly dogs that live on the property and hangout in the shared areas off leash 🐶🐶🐶. There is a private entrance if you wish to avoid them.
Quiet neighborhood with easy free street parking.
Washer/Dryer in unit.

RULES: no pets, no parties, no events, no loud music and no-smoking. Single person occupancy only.
50% deposit due upon booking, remainder due at check-in. Additional $150 cleaning fee is required.

Price is flexible for the right person.
