Comfortable, quiet and fully furnished true 1-bedroom apartment in Inwood available for 2 months. 4th floor walkup, 1 block away from 1 train and 3 blocks away from A train. Across the street from CVS, Duane Reade/Walgreens, Dunkin Donuts and a Dominican bakery (mmmm... café con leche!). Laundromat is 2 blocks away and several grocery stores are within 3-block radius. Walking distance to the Cloisters, Ft. Tryon Park, Inwood Hill Park, Highbridge Park, Saturday’s farmers market and a variety of restaurants.

The apartment includes separate fully-functioning kitchen, living room, bedroom (with queen-size bed) and a bathroom. It is very clean and features beautiful hardwood floors. I lean towards minimalism, so there is definitely no clutter. Entrance to the building is through a courtyard so there is no street noise in the apartment.

Rent includes gas, electricity, and internet/Wi-Fi. I have a TV set, but no cable. You can connect your streaming device to the TV. The apartment is available for 2 months; I am open to subletting it for shorter amount of time, but no less than 6-7 weeks. First month rent and a security deposit ($1000) is required to secure the apartment. I am the only person on the lease and there are no other fees involved.

About us: I am a nonprofit professional, female (she/her), mid-40s. I am respectful, professional, clean and I am looking for the same from my subletter. I live alone and I don't have any pets, but I'm willing to consider pet owners upon increase of the security deposit. I will be travelling abroad and I'm not looking to make extra money, I'm simply looking for help paying my rent when I'm not here and care about the space. There are no plants in the apartment. Only serious people should contact me. I am available in the evenings during the week and on weekends to schedule apartment viewings. Also available via a video call.
