I have lived in the space for almost 8 years and have maintained a feeling of a home. Keeping things clean and maintained in shared spaces is important but not a neat freak.

I work in film and television so I’m out of the house quite often. Also away many weekends.

One of the tenants works a 9 to 5 works from home Monday and Friday. And the other works in bars/restaurants gone most nights. Both are very sweet nice people. Keep to them selves and quite. Those two tenants live on the first floor. the space available is on the second floor with myself.
