The apartment boasts charming wood floors and a warm, inviting atmosphere. only 6 units in the building, walk up but with a very easy and accessible stairs. We kind of know each other by proximity and this round of neighbors are friendly, considerate and diverse.

One room comes furnished, while the other is unfurnished. Either fits a queen or full sized bed. One bathroom houses a deep soaking tub and the other a standing shower for your. First come first pick.

The kitchen is compact, yet functional for basic daily cooking; however, if you’re an avid chef, it may feel a bit snug for extensive meal prep.

The living area is kept tidy and clutter-free, and I’m open to adding a few personal touches as long as we maintain a minimalistic vibe.

Additional amenities include laundry facilities in the building, a virtual doorman and there’s extra storage space in the basement.

Transportation is excellent, with just a 10-minute ride to Union Square via the L train (steps from the door) and bus options all around. Also, the J/M trains are an easy 10min walk to. The area has tons of bars & restaurants and there’s excellent street parking if you have a car. Montrose stop on the L and Lorimer stop on the J and M train
