Hey there, I'm looking for a private room from November 2024 to November 2025. I am ready to move in now.

I'm a 30 year old visual/computational journalist at the New York Times.

I've lived in New York for almost 5 years on and off, interspersed with stints in LA and Mumbai, where I grew up.

I am looking to move near Gowanus, to be near my partner that lives there.

I am quite clean and occasionally enjoy having people over. I'm not overly fussy about anything so I think I'm easy to live with.

About This Lister

I'm 30 (he/him), grew up in India and spent the last two years of high school in the UK before moving to the US for college. During the pandemic I lived in LA and back home in Mumbai, and I'm now back in New York to work as a visual and data journalist for the New York Times.

Before this I worked at a research group at Columbia University researching issues at the intersection of technology and media. Back at Columbia I used to spend a lot of my spare time at the makerspace prototyping and 3D printing toys and contraptions. But now during the pandemic I've been spending more time on data visualizations, creative writing and wildlife photography. I'm also passionate about cinema.
