My name is Alissa and I am an acupuncturist with a wellness space for rent Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Asking 250 per day for the month, so every Friday for the month is yours (24 hour access) for $250.

Preferably looking for somebody who would like at least 2 of the days available. The space is available on a month to month basis (my lease is up for review this summer so I can’t guarantee anything past august but I intend to renew). The sublease would be through me and I can take cash, Zelle, or Venmo payments.

This would be a great starter space for any body worker or holistic health practitioner who may have another job during the week but wants to start building a clientele without the commitment of a lease.

There is minimal space so there is no room for additional furniture or supplies to be stored. You would need to bring your products and supplies at the start of your day and take them at the end of your day (if you rent Friday and Saturday you can bring your supplies Friday and return the space as is again at the end of Saturday). I currently have it set up with 2 tables, I can break one down on Thursday evening if you don’t need it.
