It is a furnished, cozy, 1 bedroom temporary sublet/apartment situated near Bleecker/6th Avenue in a classic West Village walk-up building (not a luxury building - but has wonderful reviews on OpenIgloo).

The unit is two flights up and size-wise is perfect for a single person or a couple.

***I pride myself in cleanliness so space will be given to you with a high attention to detail to that end. We’ve always been a non-smoking/shoes-off household and it would be awesome to find someone similar in this regard ****

🌟The Bedroom - Features a Queen-sized Saatva mattress (with mattress cover/protector) on a remote-powered adjustable frame (should you choose to sit-up in bed/read etc), a dresser, and a nightstand. Both the bedroom and living room are equipped with AC units - LG in bedroom/Midea in living room – essential to beat the heat!

🌟Bathroom: Brand New Sink/Cabinet/Vanity installed this past month. And bathtub freshly refinished yesterday! You'll be the first to enjoy! Hairdryer and appliance vanity mat for hot tools/makeup etc. :)

🌟The Living Room - Includes a 55” Sony TV with a Roku Stick, a sofa/futon that can be extended for relaxing, ample storage with additional dressers, a separate storage for your shoes, and behind the sliding mirror doors, there is ample closet-space along the length of the living room. It also includes a versatile/moveable IKEA Norden solid wood collapsible table with storage drawers that can be used as a desk, extended to use as a dining table, or fully collapsed to minimize its footprint. Would easily fit in the closet if you desire to move it from living space.

🌟Closets have been freshly painted.

🌟 Kitchen - The kitchen, though compact, is fully stocked with essentials including microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker. It has been newly outfitted this past week with brand new Stainless Steel cookware set, new silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, and Electric kettle. Quality items provided.

🌟Lights - Smart Bulbs in Living Room and Kitchen -- light controllable through app on your phone to set the right hue you desire

🌟Rooftop Access - One of the best features of this building is the access to a rooftop deck, offering beautiful views of the village—a perfect spot for a lemonade, sunbathing, and just enjoying a nice evening enjoying city lights.

🌟Laundry - In the basement of the building – with a dry cleaners/wash/fold across the street - a big win in the Village. :)

🌟 The West Village is one of the most iconic zip codes in Manhattan and this apartment represents, in my view, the best value – safe, responsible super, laundry in the building, or Wash/Fold across the street, shared picturesque roof deck, with highly-rated restaurants on the same block, with many others “right around the corner.” Not to mention access to many parks, namely Washington Square Park and the Hudson River Park (which is a 10 min walk from the apartment and you can see the Statue of Liberty!). Close to all trains making it super easy to navigate the city/boroughs of Brooklyn, Queens, Jersey via Path Trains etc.

It truly is a gem in the village for someone who really wants to use it as a launching pad to discover not only the West Village but also all the amazing communities across all the Boroughs. Trains and conveniences at your doorstep!
