Hello! We’re looking for a subletter to stay in our cozy, spacious, tall ceiling’ed, plant-filled apartment while we’re away. Dates are flexible and could be extended to +/- December 29 to January 4 at the rate of $275/night.

The apartment has a dedicated office / studio room with a large drafting board as desk and a separate dining room. Great for artists/creatives to spread out and live/work. Private apartment (no room mates) is fully furnished and has a fully stocked kitchen.

The railroad apartment (lots of old world character) is on the 2nd floor in a walk up building. The huge bedroom with queen bed faces the street (Metropolitan Ave). Utilities are included, also fast and consistent internet (Fios), Sonos speakers on both ends of the apartment, steam radiators throughout in winter and ACs in bedroom and living room in summer.

Great Williamsburg location, walk to Cooper Park, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Neighbors are friendly and most have lived in the building for many years. Graham or Grand L train. Several Citi bikes docks around. Cross streets are Metropolitan Ave and Olive St.

About This Lister

We’re both architects living in our apartment for 10 years. We love the area and the space. One of us works full time from home in the office. We’ll have the office space cleared out for your use however. We can also leave a monitor or two for your use if helpful.
