My roommate is moving out of our 2bd/2ba apartment for work, and I'm looking for someone to take their half of the lease.

The building is less than a minute from the Montrose L stop, which gets you into Manhattan in just 11 minutes. This building has a laundry room, gym, coworking space, bike room, top floor resident's lounge, Amazon locker, and a huge roof with a communal garden.

This bottom floor of this building is a grocery store, which I've found to be one of best parts of living here.

The lease would start on June 1st, but an earlier move in can be accommodated if needed!
