Looking for a roommate in their late 20s/early 30s to sign onto a one-year lease with us for June 1st! Rent is $1000/month plus utilities. This is a really spacious apartment with a lot of amenities—we have central A/C, a dishwasher in-unit, laundry in the building, a balcony and a courtyard shared by the building. We're a 5-10 minute walk from the L, G, J and M trains and about a 20 minute walk from McCarren Park.

We're looking for someone mature and responsible who is clean and respectful of shared spaces. We're both pretty easygoing and communicative and are looking for someone who is the same. We like to have friends over from time to time but prefer to keep things relaxed most nights. Ideally 420 friendly!
