I am looking for a studio or one bedroom in the East Village. Just me, I have no animals, sadly. I am insanely clean, organized, and responsible. I would take something for one year but really would want long term, sign a lease. I would rather unfurnished but could do furnished if that was a deal breaker. Looking for Feb 1, 2025.
