My husband and I are looking for a studio or 1-bed somewhere close walking-distance to Prospect Park or around it at least in the greater Brooklyn area.

We are looking for a sublet or for a lease straight with the landlord.

Ideally we would like the space to be furnished already, but it doesn't have to be.

Our ideal budget is at most 2300 usd monthly, but ideally around 2000.

We are looking to move in by end of January 2025 - happy to sublet for a couple of months like 2+ months or for 6+ months so we can get our feet in the door in NYC and look for a lease when we get there.

We have a clean small cat and we are quiet people. I will be travelling weekly out of NYC for work and my husband works remotely from home.

Our jobs are both in the Tech space. We are in our late 20s / early 30s.

Our passions are nature, boxing, and most importantly surfing.

We are essentially looking for a small little base in NYC strictly only for work as we have our home base in another state, and that is why we are trying to stick to a strict budget for our NYC place.
