About the Neighborhood:

Red Hook is quiet and seemingly removed from the hustle and bustle of other Brooklyn neighborhoods, yet the NYC ferry will take you to Wall Street in as little as 11 minutes. It is also serviced by two bus lines and Citibike stations are abundant. The protected bike path runs along the waterfront with spectacular views of lower Manhattan. It's a quick ride to downtown Brooklyn and all major subways.

There are numerous amazing restaurants, coffeeshops, bars, breweries and distilleries at your fingertips, as well as lots of galleries and artisans to check out. A grocery store with everything you could need is four blocks away.

Arguably the best sunsets in Brooklyn are on view from Strong Rope Brewery which is a five minute walk. Don't forget to visit Sunny's Bar.

House Rules:
No smoking of any substances inside the apartment (it's in the lease).
Please be considerate neighbors to all.
Quiet hours in the building are 11pm - 8am.
No parties.

The apartment is not child-proofed and includes a staircase, so the apartment is not suitable for small children.

Please be tidy and leave the home as you found it.

Our cats are coming with us...not included in the sublet.
