A huge, light-filled space with giant south-facing windows!

The studio is on the third floor of the building, and it's a 7 minute walk from the Grand L train. There is street parking, along with a freight elevator on site. In the studio, I have a sink, small fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, along with plates, cups, and silverware. Bathrooms are down the hall, there's great WiFi, and multiple AC window units if needed.

This would be ideal for a painter or photographer. We can't have any super loud equipment, or tools that could create dust. There is 24/7 access to the space, but quiet hours start at 10 PM.

I am leaving for a little over two weeks in November and would love to have someone rent it while I'm away :)
