He/him. I am an artist; painter and sculptor, woodworker, metalworker, and a generalist at fabrication. I'm a very organized person, and can be both clean and messy depending on the process I'm working with. I always clean up after myself though! I'm looking to sublet my space to 1-2 similarly minded artists or craftspeople, creative small businesses, etc. Open to most businesses/professions/practices, just ask! I have a great relationship with the landlords and neighbors, who are mostly also artists and small business owners of commercial/light industrial operations. I'm looking to sublet to finish out my lease as I'm moving into a larger space I'm splitting with my soon to be wife.
