Amazing one bedroom corner unit on the 30th floor. Floor to ceiling windows provide sweeping views of all of Brooklyn, to the Verrazano, even parts of the NY harbor. The morning sunrise is like no other as you have unobstructed views in all directions. The unit has a lot of closet space, a washer / dryer, thick walls so you don’t hear neighbors above or next to you, central air, and overall bright, good vibes.

The building, 18 6th Avenue, has 24 hour doormen, a gym, work from home areas, bbqs, kids play room, theater, and multiple lounges on the 6th, 27th, and 51st floors to hang out, read, watch some TV, and chill with friends…everyone wants to come here. Oh, and the 51st floor has a pool with picturesque views of all of NYC.

The location is fantastic. You have a 2 min walk to the Barclays Center for easy subway access on the 2,3,4,5,Q,N,R,B,D and LIRR. Walk 5 mins in any direction and you are either in park slope, prospect heights, fort green, or downtown Brooklyn. This is a fantastic building, in an amazing location, with incredible views. This is a great place to call home and I will definitely miss it.
