I am seeking a conscientious, clean, and quiet person to sublet my furnished apartment in Fort Greene for approximately two months - from Dec 28 - Feb 22. Dates are flexible.

The apartment is a floor-through, third-floor walk-up on the top floor of a brownstone in the center of Fort Greene. It is near transportation, BAM, grocery stores, restaurants, and the park. The space is a one-bedroom apartment with a study. I use the study as my bedroom and the bedroom as a studio space.

My neighbors have lived in the building for a long time and are quiet and respectful; I hope to find the same in a subletter: no pets or smoking.

I have a cat that is coming with me. I will clean the apartment well, but you may want to consider this if you are allergic to cats.

I am an artist and teacher. I have lived in my apartment for 10 years and it is also my workspace. I primarily work in drawing, and the studio is well-suited for clean media or could be used as an office. I am neat and hope to find a subletter to keep the apartment clean and be a good neighbor.
