Hi! I’m a 35-year-old woman originally from New York. I work as a dog walker, so I’m often out and about with my clients. I’m generally quiet, respectful, and keep to myself, but I’m friendly and easygoing when it comes to common areas. I’m outgoing but value my personal space, and I’m looking for someone who is also respectful of privacy and quiet time. If you're a considerate and clean roommate, we’ll get along just fine!
Here's who I am looking for:
- Reliable & Responsible: Must be dependable with paying rent and bills on time, and communicate openly if issues arise.
- Contribute to Housework: Someone who will help keep common areas clean and is willing to pitch in with shared household chores.
- Quiet & Respectful of Noise Levels: Must be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (early mornings, late nights), to maintain a peaceful living environment.
- Pet-Friendly: I have a cat, so you should be comfortable with pets and be respectful of her space.
- Cleanliness: Keeping shared spaces tidy is essential for both of us to feel comfortable at home.
- We Don’t Need to Be Best Friends: While we don’t need to be super social, it’s important to maintain a respectful, friendly atmosphere in the shared living space.
If this sounds like a good fit for you, reach out and tell me a little about yourself!
I'll be your roommate - and I am the current tenant
