The apartment is a duplex (3 bedrooms upstairs and huge living room/kitchen downstairs) is off Atlantic Barclays stop- so you have endless trains. 15 min to LES. You will subletting my bedroom.

The bedroom you will sublet is huge, has 4 windows, full size bed, desk, and mounted TV for use. Photos featured show different ways it can be set up.

There are 2 other roommates (women in their late 20s) but they are out and about. One of the roommate's has her own bathroom so you only have to share the other full bathroom with one person. We also have a half bath downstairs.

We have in unit washer and dryer and a small balcony with a table and chair downstairs.

Living room is huge with numerous windows, huge TV, great bright light and open space.

Located smack in middle between Boerum hill, Park slope, Fort Greene downtown Brooklyn - it makes for the perfect location. Walkable to the Atlantic Center Mall, Fort Greene Park, Prospect Park, BAM, grocery stores, cute shops, restaurants, bars and more.

I am a woman in my late 20s and am a filmmaker, musician, and work in public relations, but will be traveling Nov - Dec. One roommate keeps to herself, usually is in office during the work week- the other is a creative who is out and about often.
