My partner and I are looking for a roommate to join us in our large penthouse in Los Feliz.

The total space is about 2000 sq feet with 30 ft ceilings in the living room.

Located in an amazing central area, we are a short walk to two grocery stores and many restaurants/cafes. Also a 5 minute drive to Maru, Blue Bottle, Little Dom’s and other shops on N Vermont and Hillhurst.

My partner and I are bicoastal between NYC and LA - we’re in LA less than half the year, as work projects come up. So we’re looking for someone who is responsible, tidy/clean as we are gone for long periods of time.

About the room:
Large Bedroom with a Queen size bed and dedicated bathroom. Room has a large closet and wall to wall shelving- great for clothing/ storage/ books etc.
