We have 2 adjoining rooms available (YES a living room AND small bedroom) in our historic Park Slope brownstone! Both rooms will be completely yours - almost like having your own studio apartment! The space has tons of charm with high ceilings and huge windows.

Located in the heart of the neighborhood, just two blocks from Prospect Park and right around the corner from the cafes, bookshops, restaurants on 7th Ave. Close to the 7th Ave F/G and also not too far from Grand Army Plaza for the 2/3.

You will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with 3 other ladies who work in the arts/journalism/copywriting. We all have our own living spaces and everyone generally leads a busy schedule. We will chat if we see each other on the stairs or in the kitchen but mostly we keep to ourselves and respect each other's space.

The room comes furnished with a large wardrobe, bookshelf, and window AC unit. I can also leave some other items shown in the pictures if you’re interested! This can include the bed, dresser, ikea kallax (TV stand), coffee table, and small table and chairs. Unfortunately no pets are allowed.

We are looking for someone for April 1st but move-in date may be flexible as I will be moving out around March 15th.
