Our apartment is available 2-13 November, 2024

While we are away on a short holiday, we offer our beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom apartment in the center of Neukölln. The apartment is located near two U-Bahn lines (U8 and U7), within walking distance to Hasenheide and Tempehofer Parks, and surrounded by numerous lovely restaurants, wine bars, and cafes.

The apartment can sleep 4 comfortably, as we have a queen bed in one bedroom and a double bedroom in the other. We prefer non-party-minded folks as we live across from a young family and want our home treated with care.

Ideally, we have someone stay the whole time instead of just a few nights. If you would rent it for the whole time or most of it, we can negotiate the fee down.

We can also discuss extending the dates, depending on how many people you are.

About This Lister

We are Sara and Nico and we have been living in this apartment for over a year, though only officially took it over (hence the lack of decoration). The apt was inherited from a dear friend who lived here for 10 years (!).

We both work in wine/culinary/music industries, so we'd be happy to offer any recommendations on those topics!
