I was born and raised in Bushwick and know the area inside and out! I am the manager and the building is family owned. We are ‘hands on’ with the building.

I have been a fitness professional with the National Academy of Sports Medicine for over 24 years. I also have a small fitness studio in the building. Helping individuals with fitness and nutrition is my passion.
