I have a brightly-lit, 500 sq. ft. art studio that I'm looking to share with one other person, available asap (but flexible on start date). The available space is approximately 250 sq. ft. (500 sq. ft. total) and has two large windows. Furniture in photo only for staging. The space that is available to sublet is what is shown in the images. My space (not pictured) is on the other side, divided by a curtain. $850 without the closet, $1,000 for space with closet. The space is clean and non-toxic. The common areas outside of the studio include a kitchen, slop sink, roof deck and bathroom. There is Wi-Fi and 24/7 access. There are other studios with tenants that indclude artists, filmmakers, musicians, entrepreneurs that share the common spaces. I'm a freelance Creative Director (advertising) and a Jewelry Designer. I'm usually either working on my computer with the occasional Zoom call, or at my jewelry bench, which involves some tools, though it's not constant.
