Lister's Relationship to the Space
We are the longtime tenants of the apartment. Our landlord lives on site.
Rental requirements
Please send us a short note about who you are and what you are renting the apt for, so we can make sure it's a good fit.
Full rental amount paid in advanced, plus $200 cleaning fee and $500 deposit, which will be returned assuming no damage to the apartment is incurred.
We will send a subleasing agreement for signature ahead of time, along with a copy of your ID.
