Prioritizing a few dates. I am going on 3 separate trips so it helps to be on the same schedule:

- Dec 9-17
- Dec 18-Dec 28

This is a 3 bedroom, but I've got it set up with 1 primary bed, 1 guest room with a desk setup and pull out couch (with nice, real mattress) and an office space.

My space is also set up with podcast equipment in the guest room.

My bedroom has a projector with a PS4, living space has big screen TV (and I mean BIG!) with all the streaming services, and a fully equipped kitchen with stand mixers, pasta makers and more for the chefs!

* Very comfy queen size bed in the bedroom with Brooklinen bedding
* Really nicely set up office pace for those WFH
* Rooftop and backyard to hang in. Rooftop has skyline views
* Exercise bike
* Walk-up, no elevator
* Video Buzzer
* Central A/C
* Fast internet (have the google home mesh network)
* Super clean, will have cleaning lady come before and after.
* On a super quiet street, backyard facing - you'll sleep so good.
* Sonos setup in every room
* Hue Lights in kitchen and bedroom

It's Bushwick so you are walking distance to everything.
* The L train is on my street 3 blocks away
* Big main grocery store half a block away
* Half a block to Maria Hernandez Park
* great coffee shops & restaurants

Depending on length of stay - I will pro-rate/adjust rates and there is a cleaning fee.
