We’re looking for a roommate to move into the front room in our Crown Heights apartment. It’s a 4 bedroom, 2 bath apartment on the top (3rd) floor. It has a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. There is roof access via a ladder and hatch door, but it’s nothing fancy up there.

About the place: it’s right by the Park Place Shuttle stop, and a short walk from the 2/3/4/5 and C Franklin subway stations. It’s a great location with tons of restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. The Brooklyn Museum, public library, Botanical Gardens and Prospect Park are all within a 20 minute walk or less. The photos are of the living room and front bedroom, which will be cleared out and unfurnished.

About us: We’re responsible, conscientious, and laid back. We didn’t know each other before living together, but we’ve become friends and enjoy our spontaneous kitchen chats or living room hangouts. We do mostly keep to ourselves, though, and often do our own things. It’s a queer, trans, and POC-friendly environment, and we’re hoping to find someone who meshes well with our dynamic.
