Flexible on price/dates.. Available is the primary bedroom in a charming four-floor brownstone on Macon Street, complete with basement storage for 1-2 months. You'll share the space with three wonderful roommates who are all very tidy and rarely home at the same time. The home boasts a massive kitchen equipped with a four-burner gas stove plus a griddle, a pour-over and Fellow Ode grinder for coffee enthusiasts, and a large island for cooking. The backyard features an amazing grill, and for music lovers, there's an incredible sound system with vinyl records. If my roomies really love you, this space will most likely be available once again for a full takeover come our renewal in March!

In your bedroom, you'll enjoy four-drawer storage, a closet, a dual bathroom sink with heated floors, and beautiful morning sunlight with a serene backyard view, perfect for peaceful mornings with bird chirps. You can also soak up some vitamin D on our private rooftop.

I am very flexible with dates, hence why I put july 1. Mainly would want to rent for 1 month at a time, with potential to take for December as well.
