I'm leaving New York and looking for somebody to take-over my room till lease-end (term negotiable but 4 months at least).

You’ll be living with three men in their late twenties: a software engineer (making his African parents proud), an ex-Colorado ski-bum that works at an AI startup (idk what they do really) and creative consultant / music producer. All work in-office / studio and therefore are rarely home during the weekdays.

Two of us went to college together in California and the rest have become good friends. We've cultivated a super chill environment where we're friends before roommates and so while we are not often in the apartment together given our schedules, when we are, the principles of greeting, asking folks how their day is going and meaning it is very much important to us and we hope to keep these good vibes going.
