private room in 2 bed/1 bath apartment for a minimum of three months or longer term. the room is available around november 1st. i am still taking all covid precautions and hoping to find someone doing the same to share my cozy, peaceful home. i've been here for 20 years and it's a really nice area.

the building is a standard but pretty pre-war in a quiet, tree-filled neighborhood. our stoop has four steps up from the sidewalk. we have plenty of conveniences nearby, including the wonderful union square green market, several parks, several laundry options on the block, and dozens of outdoor dining options within walking distance.

the apartment has high ceilings, wood floors, and bedrooms on opposite ends of the apartment for real privacy. note: the living room is being repainted with more of the charcoal grey you see in some of the photos. it looks good! otherwise, the pictures are accurate. there's a small but well stocked kitchen, high speed wifi, and a hepa filter in the living room. i'm definitely interested in working together to improve ventilation and filtration before winter sets in.

the room itself is located at the back of the apartment with a window that looks down onto the quiet side yard. it's on the small side (7' x 10') but can comfortably fit a full or queen bed plus other furnishings. the room can be unfurnished or partially furnished.
