I am subletting my beautiful apartment for the winter for any individual that is looking for a temporary stay in a fully equipped home.

This place is perfect for a single person who wants to maintain a clean and healthy simplistic lifestyle. Prefer to have not more than one overnight guest for limited stay.

This little sacred space has a beautiful energy, the sun shines into the room everyday from 7 am to 11 am. Its perfect for morning yoga.

The neighborhood is very friendly, steps away from an organic coop and a few cute cafes/resturants and a 15 minute walk to Prospect Park.

The building is super clean, and i have never had any problems of pests. And hope to maintain this standard with a caring subletter.

I am looking for a specific profile of a low key person, who does not host house parties, no smoking, will follow the building decorum and be kind to my home.

The apartment comes with all the amenities, including a television with a roku box, fully equipped kitchen, a space heater, iron, printer and good energy.

Yes, this is one of those New York deals, and would appreciate serious enquiries from someone who would be able to use this place for the peace and quiet, thus keeping the place clean and not causing any disturbance in the building and will be responsible with my things. As well has keep lines of communication open and clear in case of any needs. Students are not ideal, but all are welcome to reach out.

A little about me, I am an Artist and Creative Director, and will be shifting base to India for the winter, but nevertheless, have tons of people who will be your point of contact here.

My work entails hosting events, educational workshops, and community building amongst other things. This place have a beautiful creative energy, where I have built lots of beautiful things and experienced transformations.

I am very particular about being friendly with the neighbours, as they will be looking out for you incase you need anything.
