Good kitchen. Fast wifi. Smart TV and a good speakers where you can play your own music while relaxing with a coffee or a glass of wine.

The spot has an artful atmosphere with photography, cinema and art books.Close to everything and very convinient:I live in the border of Chinatown and the Lower east side right next to Seward Park. The park is really nice to have a little walk with the trees.

The area is vibrant and 5 minutes walking from the apartment you can find the most cool spots to have a coffee in the morning or to eat and have a drink in the afternoon.

Also walking distance to all the lower manhattan areas: Soho, East Village, Noho, etc. It's an amazing area and place.

Ideal for a couple or one person.
