Located in the heart of East Village, it is just a two-minute walk to Tompkins Square Park and to endless cute little streets and shops. It truly is the place to be.
The apartment building is a walk-up, but don't fret! this apartment is only on the second floor. There are two locked doors to enter the building, which require a key.
The apartment itself has a large furnished living room, a functional, full-appliance kitchen, and a bathroom. These are shared the shared spaces!
Your room-to-be is adjacent to the living room, completely opposite from the second bedroom. The room has plenty of space for a KING-SIZED BED, along with a dresser, shelves, and anything else you might want. There are two amazing windows, overlooking the street, which let in the most amazing light during the day. There is built-in closet with hanging space, and if you want, you can purchase the dresser pictured for $100. Aside from the dresser pictured (for purchase), the room will be empty when you arrive.
I (your future roommate) keep a clean shared space. I am a student, so I spend most of my time in class/working. I like to keep it mellow in here, most of the time. Music is more than welcome. Of course, you are welcome to have people over, just let me know.

Hi, my name is Eloise. I am currently studying English/Literature, though those are overly simplified... I have classes Monday - Thursday, and lots of reading (which I try to get done during the week). I am quiet by nature, so not much to worry about in terms of noise. I do, however, love to listen to music. I appreciate a clean space, so I do my part to keep it that way.
In the grand scheme, I am looking for a fellow creative. Though, of course, I am welcome to anyone who is kind and considerate. Someone who, despite the fact that we will have separate and separated rooms, will remember that this is a shared space.
*i'm keeping this short, but please reach out with any questions, if you want to meet, or want to see the space*
