Hello, me and my friends share a historical mansion in Harlem: there are three artists and one journalist living there. We all are from various countries in Europe and also Fulbright fellows. One unit will be open on December 1st: it is a very spacious and private. It has a huge private Tiffany bathroom and a lot of storage space. It is located on the 2 floor of the house. The first floor is common space: two big living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a big laundry room and a garden. We really value our community in the house and looking for somebody clean, responsible and friendly. Our landlord is great, he is a composer from Switzerland.
The price for the space is 2200 plus utilities, it's a year long lease (could be longer or shorter, depends on our agreement)

I am an artist, I work in my studio Uptown and teach online at Virginia Commonwealth University. Other two tenants are Columbia alumna and one tenant is doing her MFA at SVA.
