It is located in Hyde Park, north of University of Texas, on a very quiet street with plenty of parking.
Having a car is ideal, but we have several coffee shops, restaurants, a swimming pool and tennis courts in walking distance.
We are not far from iconic Texan grocery stores such as HEB and Central Market.

1050$/month + we would share utilities.

Originally from Paris, I have been in Austin for 8+ years.
I moved into the house two years ago and it's been my favorite place to live in Austin so far. The lease is open-ended.

The landlord is very responsive and lives nearby. He takes care of the yard maintenance and usually will send someone if there is a problem within 24 hours.

I work in tech in a hybrid role. I will be traveling quite a lot in 2025. When I am in town, I enjoy going to concerts, playing tennis, cooking, and catching up on shows. I am the dedicated dog sitter for many of my friends so I may have an occasional dog stay with me.
Occasionally, friends will join for dinner or hang out around the fire pit.
