The apartment is a fully furnished ground floor duplex apartment on a quiet street in Prospect Heights, Underhill Ave. It's less than a 5 minute walk from Prospect Park, Mount Prospect Park, The Brooklyn Library, The Brooklyn Museum, and The Brooklyn Botanical Garden.

The apartment has a huge, high ceiling, open floor plan living room and kitchen, office space with 2 sit/standing desks, and bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor. The basement has another desk, king size bed, it's own 1/2 bath, and a laundry room. There are split AC units and air purifiers in every room upstairs.

There's also a great backyard with a grill and the landlord is fantastic and lives in the building (only 3 apartments total in the building).

About This Lister

We (a couple in our early 30's) love this apartment and have invested in making every room welcoming and warm. We're traveling for a few months so leaving the apartment fully furnished. We have a great relationship with the building's owner and are looking for someone who can continue this relationship while we're gone. This is a great spot for an individual or couple who is respectful and a good communicator and is looking to take care of this gem and enjoy Brooklyn while we're gone.
